At Soils of Sila, we strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know:

• Shipping covers order processing, packaging, and delivery.
  
• Special requests like preferred carriers or specific delivery dates may cost extra.
  
• Additional charges apply for oversized items, heavy products, or items shipped directly from our vendors.
  
• International and non-continental U.S. orders may incur higher charges.

Delivery Time

• We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the product and destination.
  
• Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping and delivery schedules.
  
• Additional time may be required for services like gift wrapping, monogramming, or special packaging.

Free Standard Shipping

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders above $300 (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
  
• This offer is valid after all discounts have been applied.
  

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  
  
• Some deliveries may require a signature. Extra charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are needed.

Next Business Day Delivery*

• Available Monday–Friday in select zip codes for in-stock items.
  
  
• A phone number and signature are required.
  
  
• Not available for PO boxes or APO addresses.
  
  
• Holidays are excluded. We’ll do our best to ensure next-day delivery, but unexpected delays may occur.
  

Separate Shipments: Items in the same order may arrive in different packages. If that happens, shipping charges will be split between shipments (not always evenly).

Multiple Packages: If your order ships in more than one package, extra charges for faster delivery (like 2-day or next-day) will apply per package.

Returns & Shipping Charges: If you return an item, it may change your final shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Catalog vs. Online Orders: Shipping fees may differ depending on whether your order is placed online or from a catalog. For multiple items from different catalogs, we use the most recent catalog to determine the shipping cost.

Special Delivery Items: Some items need special delivery and will show their own shipping charges on the product page. These amounts are the full shipping cost for those items.

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Bonobos. From the day your order ships, you have 45 days to return an item for a refund to your original payment method and up to 90 days to return an item for a store credit refund. You can exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items during the full 90 days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our return labels use ground shipping. Return shipping for domestic orders is always free using the prepaid return label in your order.

If the return label included in the package is no longer available, generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label at bonobos.com/return-label using the order or shipping number, and enter the email address you’d like the label sent to!

We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return or exchange, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.

U.S. Territories & Military Bases (APO/DPO/FPO)
For orders returned from U.S. territories or military bases (APO/DPO/FPO), please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping and processing.
